Cancellation Policy
Hi! Here’s my updated policy’s! This goes towards all my clients. No exceptions. Thank you all for your continued support and love. 💗 Please read this all before booking your next appointment.
Cancellations-
48 hour notice is required for cancellations. Otherwise, 50% of the service will be charged to the card on file.
No Shows-
An attempt to reach out will be made and 100% of the appointment will be charged. A deposit will be collected at time of your next booking.
Late. 15 min-
Clients are given a 15 min grace period, after 5 minutes a $10 late fee will be added to your ticket. After 15, you may have to forgo parts of the service in order to help me stay on schedule. OR reschedule your appointment for a different time, which will result in a cancellation fee.
Payments-
Deposits (if applicable) must be paid before booking appointment. This will go towards your appointment total.
Payment is due at the time of service, before leaving the shop!! NO EXCEPTIONS.

All services are non-refundable.
• Color services have a 7-day settling period. Any concerns must be communicated within one week of your appointment.
• Once you leave the salon, hair care and styling are the client’s responsibility. Activities such as washing, heat styling, swimming, or sun exposure are outside of our control.
• Open communication is always appreciated and helps ensure the best experience for everyone.
